SHIPPING:

Your order will ship one business days after the order is placed.

Free Shipping on U.S orders over USD $9.88

 

If you want to purchase less then $9.88 or if you are located outside USA, shipping prices will be provided at checkout.

DELIVERY:

All orders ship out of Cleveland, OH. Transit time may vary depending in your delivery location.

USA Free Economy Shipping: 3-8 business days in 


USA Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days in 

USA Rush Shipping: 1-3 business days

 

RETURNS:

Our Products are hand made to last and if they don't, we want to hear about it.

If the piece is not standing up to its task, we'll take it back. We don't consider a sale finalized until you are satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGE: Please contact us immediately at team@bucketbracelets.com, we will guide you on how to request a return or refund.              Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your shipping address
  • Your order name
  • Reason for return

 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@bucketbracelets.com. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping.
